Wagtail Class Enjoying Maths Week

Wagtail Class have had a fantastic time celebrating Maths Week! Throughout the week, we have explored lots of exciting mathematical activities, including investigating 2D and 3D shapes, creating beautiful symmetrical printing, and practising our times tables on TTRS.

The activity the children have enjoyed the most has been using cubes to explore doubles. They loved building each double with the cubes before recording the corresponding number sentence. This hands-on approach helped the children to develop their understanding of doubles while having lots of fun.

We are so proud of the enthusiasm and curiosity Wagtail Class have shown throughout Maths Week. Well done, everyone!
