Wagtail Sports Day

On Monday, we had our Sports Day, the children (and parents!) brought endless energy, laughter, and determination to every event. From balancing carefully in the egg and spoon race, to hopping competitively through the sack race, tackling the obstacle course, and showing impressive skills in the foot dribble challenge — every activity was filled with smiles and teamwork.

What made the day so special wasn’t just the races, but the encouragement, cheering, and shared moments between families, teachers, and children. It was wonderful to see everyone supporting one another, celebrating effort as much as achievement, and creating memories together.

A huge thank you to all the staff who organised such a fun and active day, and to every parent and child who joined in with such enthusiasm. Events like these remind us how important play, confidence, friendship, and community are in helping children grow.
