5RD Kensuke’s Kingdom inspired log books.

This week, Year 5 have been diving into Kensuke’s Kingdom and have produced some truly stunning log books inspired by Michael’s journey at sea.

The children created beautifully presented pages designed to look like weathered ship logs, using tea-stained paper to give an aged, ocean-worn effect. The results were incredible and really helped bring the story to life. 🌊

Alongside their writing, they added detailed illustrations of sea creatures, just like Michael did in the book. The creativity, effort and imagination on display has been fantastic to see. 🐢🐠
